ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Pick's Landing is a well-maintained, quiet neighborhood nestled in the heart of Tigard just north of the Tualatin River and adjoining Cook Park to the east. Our Homeowners Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners.

Our neighborhood consists of 136 single family dwellings and our residents are from diverse backgrounds. The Tigard Tualatin Aquatic District runs the swimming pool at Tigard High School and offers laps swim, water aerobic classes, swimming lessons, and public swim time at very reasonable cost. Pick's Landing is a short drive from the Bridgeport Mall which has a large movie theater and a variety of restaurants and shops.

The Tigard-Tualatin School District serves our area. The schools attended by our children are: Durham Elementary, Twality Middle School, and Tigard High School.
